To confirm a booking, we usually require:

A booking advance is required to confirm your tour. The balance amount must be paid before the start of the journey, as per the agreed terms shared at the time of booking. You may also refer to our Booking section under Terms and Conditions.

We are not responsible for refunds or compensation if the tour or any part is cancelled or disrupted due to natural hazards, flight/train cancellations, accidents, machinery or transport breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, political unrest, acts of God, fire, war, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, medical or government regulations, or any causes beyond our control. No refunds will be given for unforeseen calamities during the tour. If the tour is extended due to such circumstances, any extra costs must be borne by the passengers.
